One address, and what to put in it
Everything reaches aistats@novusstreamsolutions.com. There is no ticket portal, no chat widget, and no phone line. AI Stats is run by a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions, so a message that arrives with the details already in it usually gets resolved in one reply instead of four.
For anything import-related, the four facts that matter are the provider, the date you produced the export, the exact wording of any warning the preview showed, and the browser and operating system you used. Screenshots of the preview screen are welcome. Raw export files are not, for the reason in the section below.
Account access and recovery
There is no public forgot-password form, which is a deliberate choice while automated email verification is still unbuilt. Recovery is manual: email from the address registered to the account, and the owner verifies the request and issues a short-lived, one-time recovery password that must be changed on first use.
That means a request sent from a different address cannot be honoured, no matter how convincing the details are. It also means recovery is not instant. If losing access would be disruptive, keep the registered address recoverable and review your active sessions in settings from time to time.
Security reports
Security findings go to the same address with the word security in the subject line. Please report privately first and give a reasonable window for a fix before publishing. Include what you did, what you observed, and why you believe it is a problem; a proof of concept against your own account is far more useful than one against someone else’s.
Do not attach raw exports, transcripts, tokens, cookies, or session identifiers. Describe the shape of the data instead and wait to be asked for anything more specific. Testing that degrades the service for other people, such as load or denial-of-service testing, is not in scope and is not authorised.
What this address cannot resolve
AI Stats is an independent product and has no relationship with the assistants it imports from. Billing questions, account lockouts, export requests, and data deletion at ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or any other provider have to go to that provider directly. We cannot see, unlock, or retrieve anything held in your account with them.
Requests to remove a public share page are handled here. Share pages are snapshots that the person who created them can revoke or expire at any time, and reports about a specific page can be sent from the report path on that page without exposing any internal identifiers.
