License

Ownership

The AI Stats software, its source code, its design, its written content, and the "Novus Stream Solutions", "Novus", and "AI Stats" names and marks are owned by Novus Stream Solutions. Nothing in this licence transfers ownership of any of it.

Data you import is yours. Novus Stream Solutions claims no ownership of the statistics generated from your provider exports, and you can export or delete them at any time from your account.

Permitted use of the service

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the hosted service through a standard web browser, for your own purposes, subject to the Terms of Service at /terms. That right is granted for the hosted service only. It is not a licence to the software itself.

Advertising and cost

AI Stats is free to use. Every product feature is included at no charge and there are no product quotas. The service is funded by advertising shown on public pages; advertising is never shown on signed-in screens. If a feature ever cannot be run sustainably on advertising alone, a paid plan may be introduced for that feature, and the free tier and its terms will be stated plainly before any such change takes effect.

Source code

The source code of AI Stats is private and is not published. No public repository, source archive, or build artifact is distributed, and none is implied by the availability of the hosted service. This licence grants no right to receive, inspect, or obtain the source.

Restrictions

Except where the law expressly says otherwise, you may not:

• copy, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the software or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive its source code;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
• use the service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product, or scrape it in bulk by automated means;
• circumvent rate limits, file-safety ceilings, authentication, or any other technical protection.

Third-party names and marks

AI Stats by Novus is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or the other AI providers it can import from. Provider names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the export formats AI Stats reads.

Third-party open-source components bundled into the service remain under their own licences, which are unaffected by this document.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Statistics are derived from the files you supply and are labelled by quality — exact, source reported, derived, estimated, or unavailable — precisely because some of them are estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novus Stream Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
