Terms
Version 2026-08-21, effective 21 August 2026. AI Stats is a free analytics product operated by Novus Stream Solutions, a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions in London, Ontario, Canada. Metrics are informational and are labelled exact, source reported, derived, estimated, or unavailable.
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and reviewing active sessions.
Provider data can be incomplete or change format. AI Stats labels uncertainty rather than hiding it.
Do not upload files you are not allowed to process or publish shares that expose another person’s private data.
Features and provider formats may change as parsers, metrics, and infrastructure are maintained.
These terms are an agreement between you and Novus Stream Solutions, a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions in London, Ontario, Canada, which operates Novus AI Stats at aistats.novusstreamsolutions.com. Creating an account means accepting them and the privacy policy; the versions you accepted are recorded against your account and appear in your data export. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account. One person, one account: shared logins defeat the isolation the product relies on.
AI Stats is an analytics product. It reads exports and logs you supply and presents statistics derived from them. It is not a system of record, not a backup of your conversations, and not a source of truth for billing, payroll, invoicing, compliance, or performance management. Numbers here are informational, and each one is labelled exact, source reported, derived, estimated, or unavailable precisely so that its weight is visible.
Provider export formats change without notice and sometimes omit data entirely. A metric can therefore be incomplete, or change when a provider changes what it exports. Decisions with real consequences should not rest on a figure this product produced without checking it against the source.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for reviewing active sessions in settings. Because recovery is manual and verified against the registered address, keeping that address reachable is part of keeping the account. The application sends no email of its own, so support correspondence is the only channel.
You are also responsible for having the right to process what you import. Exports from a work account, a shared machine, or a repository containing other people’s material may carry obligations that are yours to observe. AI Stats parses locally and stores only normalized statistics, which reduces exposure considerably, but it does not grant permission you did not already have.
You keep ownership of everything you import and of the statistics derived from it. You grant Novus Stream Solutions only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your normalized statistics, compute metrics, aggregates, recaps, and achievements from them, and publish the specific snapshot fields you choose when you create a share page. That permission ends when you delete the data or the account. Your content is never used to train models and is never sold.
The software, interface, brand, and documentation remain the property of Novus Stream Solutions. Provider names and marks belong to their owners; AI Stats is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other listed provider.
The rules are short and mostly reduce to not using the service against other people.
AI Stats is free. There is no paid tier, no trial, and no payment information is collected, so nothing here creates a payment obligation for you. The service is supported in part by Adsterra advertising on eligible public content pages. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ads require an affirmative advertising choice; elsewhere, they may load by default and can be declined at any time. Legal, consent, security, accessibility, signed-in, API, export, and public share surfaces carry no ad code.
Google Analytics 4 remains strictly opt-in everywhere. Declining either category costs you no feature and no data. Adsterra and Google act under their own terms for data they collect; the cookie and consent policy sets out the controls and the privacy policy names every provider involved in running the service. Google AdSense and Infolinks are not loaded.
The service is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability or of fitness for a particular purpose, and without a service level commitment. Features, parsers, metrics, and infrastructure change as the product is maintained; a provider adapter may be disabled if its export format becomes unsafe to parse, and planned adapters accept no files until they are enabled. To the fullest extent the law allows, Novus Stream Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of a metric without verifying it against the source.
You can leave at any time: export the normalized statistics from settings and delete the account. Deletion removes account data rather than deactivating it, it is confirmed with your password, and it cannot be undone. Accounts used for abuse, for attacks on the service, or in breach of the rules above may be suspended or removed.
These terms are versioned by date; the current version is 2026-08-21. Material changes are published here with a new version and effective date before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Terms of service version 2026-08-21, effective 21 August 2026. Read alongside the privacy policy and the cookie and consent policy. Questions about any of the three go to aistats@novusstreamsolutions.com.
